Continued Support From Doncaster
Doncaster Toll Bar Under 16s have now officially confirmed the date of this walk as 15/6/2012 and intend to start at 10pm. Walking from Osmotherly.
The walk is going to be probably the single most physical activity that these young lads have attempted to date . Not only are they walking 40 miles they are walking some of the toughest terrain the North York Moors can throw at them , match this with walking through the night they will also have to fight sleep depravation along with their aching muscles and inevitable blisters.
We are planning a bucket carry at one of the Dons games to raise the money for the transport now we have secured the support crew.

Among the parents attempting the walk are.
Donna Wilkes , Debbie Hanson , Neil Bertman and Sally Rodwell .
Friends walking are Dan Winn , Jordan Rowe , David Howells and Robert Hurley.
Along with myself and my cousin Dawn Booth.
Also one of the open age group players Gav Milward , Gav completed the walk last year and has kindly helping get the lads across the moors.
So in total we have 23 walkers , we have other people showing interest so the group could get bigger yet .
