Everyone in St Helens knows Bernard as the Happy Snapper!

Bernard is definitely a Legend to the Players, Fans and the RL Community of St Helens.

Always to be seen at Saints Home and Away games taking pictures of the game he loves his lens never more than 6 inches away from his chin.

On Thursday 24th June Bernards Camera was packed away in his rucksack as he took on a challenge that no amount of photoshooting could prepare him for.

He got on his bike and ride a Incredible 217 Mile along the Transpenine Way from Hornsea to Southport in 3 days.

All the moneys raised from Bernards efforts will go towards the SPF,

Bernard is always the first point of for the foundation if we need a photographer and it was his idea for the naked calendar.

Therefore all you women who have drooled over Super leagues finest throughout this year i think you should put your hands in your pockets and donate a couple of pounds to Bernards Challenge.
