Massive Leeds Rhinos fan James Cook took part in this years Great North Run.

He managed to break the 2 hour mark by running a creditable 1 hour 57 minutes.

This is not as fast as he had hoped as he started off to fast but he was happy with the end result.

In the process of taking part in the GNR he has managed to raise over £300 for the SPF.
