Hattons Solicitors Once Again Support
This year Hattons Solicitors Gold Membership is supporting the first ever Pride of St Helens Awards by sponsoring the Sportsperson of the Year Award.
The awards ceremony will focus around celebrating the best of our town, including St Helens’ outstanding achievers and those who have succeeded in the face of adversity.
The Steve Prescott Foundation are heading up this event, to be held at the Saints ground, Langtree Park on Friday, October 12 and are being supported by media partners the St Helens Star.
The Hattons Gold Membership Sportsperson of the Year Award will look within the sporting arena, at whose achievements have shone the brightest over the past year. The Steve Prescott Foundation is encouraging nominations from all sporting fields - from amateurs to professionals, and from coaches and players.
Steve Prescott commented, “It gives me great pleasure that Hattons Solicitors are the sponsors of the Hattons Solicitors Sportsperson of the Year Award. I cannot think of any other business that supports the community more than Hattons Solicitors. They share our passion for the Pride of St Helens. Their continued sponsorship of St Helens RLFC & Thatto Heath Crusaders gives them an excellent insight to the world of sport in our town. I’d also like to give a special heartfelt thank you to Bruce Hatton, Mike Denning and all the Hattons Solicitors staff.”
Hattons Solicitors consultant Mike Denning said, “Hattons Solicitors has always been proud of its roots in St Helens and these awards seemed a perfect opportunity to celebrate all that is good within the town. It was an obvious choice for us to sponsor the Sportsperson of the Year Award given our passion for sport and community involvement. We look forward to celebrating the town’s achievements on the evening.”
