Well Friday is upon us already, very light training this week in light of taking part in part in the Great North Run. Myself and Mrs Gittins will be doing the event on behalf of Tiny Lives Special Baby Care Unit in Newcastle, they do fantastic work there ensuring premature baby's get the care they need.

We have had it confirmed we will be interviewed by the BBC between 9 /9.30 then again at half way point by Colin Edwards and Denise Lewis so that should be interesting. So hair done and it's carb time for Jimbo, may have a little swim in my favourite puddle Pugneys Saturday morning with the boys, just a steady one.
We also met up with our sponsors Galaxy Insulation who have backed us for the Race To The Grand Final, I personally thank them given the current climate. Preparation is going well and things seem to be hotting up now.
